Participation in any loyalty or rewards program is voluntary and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time at the sole discretion of No Girls Allowed.

• Icon Access Member: Customers who join the Icon Access program may receive benefits including loyalty points, Diamonds rewards, birthday rewards, referral rewards, promotional offers, and other benefits as determined by No Girls Allowed.
• Icon Access VIP: To qualify for and maintain Icon Access VIP status, a customer must maintain an active subscription to at least one NGA marketing channel, including email marketing and/or SMS marketing.

VIP benefits may include, but are not limited to:

• 15% off eligible purchases
• Free 3-Day Shipping Upgrades
• Exclusive offers and promotions
• Early access to product launches
• Special member-only rewards and benefits

A customer who unsubscribes from both email marketing and SMS marketing, opts out of all marketing communications, or otherwise becomes ineligible may immediately lose VIP status and access to VIP benefits.

VIP discounts, shipping upgrades, rewards, and promotional benefits are available only while a customer's VIP eligibility remains active and verified within our systems.

VIP benefits are associated with the customer’s email address and/or phone number on file and may require the customer to be logged into the applicable account to receive discounts, rewards, shipping upgrades, or other member benefits. No Girls Allowed is not responsible for benefits that cannot be applied due to the use of a different email address, phone number, guest checkout, or other account mismatch.

No Girls Allowed reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, or revoke any loyalty, VIP, referral, discount, shipping, or promotional benefit at any time without prior notice.

Any abuse, fraud, manipulation, misuse of discounts, creation of multiple accounts, referral abuse, or other conduct determined by No Girls Allowed to be inconsistent with the intended purpose of the program may result in immediate termination of participation and forfeiture of any accumulated rewards, discounts, credits, or benefits.

Loyalty rewards, Diamonds, promotional credits, referral rewards, and VIP benefits have no cash value unless expressly required by law and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
