- Request within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, tagged and in original packaging.
- Final Sale items are not eligible unless damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
Exchanges are the fastest route to the right size. Request one within 14 days and we cover shipping both ways on your first exchange for that item. Additional same-item exchanges are $10.
If the size you want has sold out we will issue store credit at the 110% rate instead.
Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace the item or refund it in full, and the return-label fee is waived.
International returns & exchanges
Orders shipped outside the United States can be returned within 30 days, but return shipping and any duties are the customer's responsibility. Email the returns team before sending anything back so we can confirm the address.
Final sale items
Anything marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or incorrect. The badge appears on the product page before you buy.
