W straps are cut to sit at the waist, H straps to sit on the hips. Buckles are sold separately and fit every strap.
These are body measurements, not garment measurements. Measure yourself rather than a piece you already own — NGA fabrics are cut with performance stretch, so a garment will measure smaller laid flat than the body it is made for.

Common fit questions
What if I am between sizes?
Size up. Our pieces are cut for movement, and the larger size will give you a relaxed fit without losing shape. If you would rather a closer fit, stay with the smaller size.
Do dresses include built-in shorts?
Many do. Where a dress has built-in shorts it is called out on the product page under Details & Fit. Where it does not, our Luxe or Lush UnderThere™ are made to go underneath.
How do UnderThere™ fit?
They are designed with compression, so take your usual size rather than sizing up. Lush UnderThere™ use paired sizes (XS-S, S-M, M-L); Luxe UnderThere use standard XS-XL.
Can I exchange for a different size?
