Does NGA run true to size?
Most NGA pieces run true to size. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, take the larger one. Every product page lists the model's height and the size she is wearing.
How are the UnderThere™ sizes different?
UnderThere™ are cut close by design, so they run one step smaller than our outerwear. If you are usually an M in our polos, take an M–L in UnderThere.
Do dresses and skorts have built-in shorts?
Every NGA dress and skort has built-in shorts with a pocket. Anything without them is labelled a skirt, never a skort.
Can someone help me choose?
Tell us your usual size in another brand and what you are deciding between, and our styling team will tell you exactly what to order. Ask the styling team.
Shipping & delivery
Where it is and when it lands.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12pm MT on a business day leave the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day.
Is shipping free?
U.S. orders over $150 ship free. Icon Access members get complimentary U.S. shipping on every order, whatever the value.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International rates and any duties are calculated at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Returns & exchanges
Thirty days, and a real person.
How long do I have to return something?
Thirty days from delivery, unworn and with tags on. Exchanges run on a fourteen-day window and the first one is free. Open the returns centre.
Is store credit worth more than a refund?
Yes. Choose store credit and you get 110% of what you paid, with a free return label. A $150 return comes back as $165 of credit.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us within seven days with your order number and a photograph. We replace or refund it in full and waive the return-label fee.
Fabrics & care
Keeping performance fabric performing.
How should I wash NGA pieces?
Cold machine wash, inside out, with like colours. No fabric softener — it coats the fibres and kills the wicking. Hang to dry.
Will the prints fade?
Our prints are sublimated into the fabric rather than printed on top, so they do not crack or peel. Washing cold and drying out of direct sun keeps them at full strength.

How do Diamonds work?

Do gift cards expire?
No. The balance stays on the card until it is spent. Send a gift card or check a balance.
