Does NGA run true to size?
Most NGA pieces run true to size. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, choose the larger size.
How are the UnderThere™ sizes different?
UnderThere™ are cut close by design, so they run one step smaller than our outerwear. If you are usually a M in our polos, take an M–L in UnderThere.
How do I measure myself?
Measure your bust at the fullest point, your waist at the narrowest, and your hips about 20cm below the waist. Keep the tape level and snug rather than tight, and measure over the underwear you would wear with the piece.
What size does the model wear?
Model height and the size worn are listed in Details & Fit on every product page, so you can judge the length against your own.
Do dresses and skirts have built-in shorts?
Every NGA dress and skort has built-in shorts with a pocket. Skirts without shorts are labelled as skirts, never as skorts.
Can I get personal fit advice?
Yes. Tell us your usual size in another brand and what you are choosing between, and our styling team will tell you exactly what to order.

UnderThere™ Shorts & Bras
The layer everything else sits on.
What are UnderThere™ for?
UnderThere™ are the shorts worn under a dress or skirt: no ride-up through a full swing, and a pocket for a ball and tee.
How do UnderThere™ Bra sizes work?
UnderThere Bras are sized XS-S through L-XL rather than by cup, so you pick the band range you normally wear. If you are between two, take the smaller for more support.

Fabrics & care
Keeping performance fabric performing.
How should I wash NGA pieces?
Cold machine wash, inside out, with like colours. No fabric softener — it coats the fibres and kills the wicking. Hang to dry; the fabric is dry in a couple of hours.
Will the prints fade?
Our prints are sublimated into the fabric rather than printed on top, so they do not crack or peel. Washing cold and drying out of direct sun keeps them at full strength.

Shipping & delivery
Where it is and when it lands.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12pm MT on a business day leave the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day.
Is shipping free?
U.S. orders over $150 ship free. Icon Access members get complimentary U.S. shipping on every order, whatever the value.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International rates and any duties are calculated at checkout so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Returns & exchanges
Thirty days, and a real person.
How long do I have to return something?
Thirty days from delivery, unworn and with tags on. Exchanges run on a fourteen-day window and the first one is free.
Is store credit worth more?
Yes — choose store credit and you get 110% of what you paid, with a free return label. A $150 return comes back as $165 of credit.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If it has not shipped, yes. Email us with your order number as soon as you can and we will catch it before it leaves.
Can I use more than one discount code?
One code per order. Icon Access member pricing applies automatically and does not need a code.
