Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Some items offered by No Girls Allowed may be available for purchase as a pre-order. A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it arrives in our inventory or becomes available for immediate shipment.

What is a Pre-Order?

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or not yet available for immediate fulfillment. Depending on the product, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or securely store your payment method and charge the remaining balance when your order is ready to ship.

Estimated ship dates are provided whenever possible but are subject to change due to production schedules, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item has been fulfilled and shipped.

• If full payment has been collected, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• If a deposit was collected, your deposit will be refunded in full.
• If no payment has been collected, your pre-order will simply be canceled.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns & Refunds

After a pre-order item has shipped, it is subject to the same return and exchange policies as any other NGA purchase.
