A state rivalry in women's college basketball has been renewed.
Marquette and the University of Wisconsin announced June 9 that they have agreed on a home-and-home series.
The teams will play on Nov. 8 at MU's Al McGuire Center, then on a date to be determined in Madison in the 2026-27 season.
The Golden Eagles and Badgers haven't met since Dec. 4, 2017, when MU star Natisha Hiedeman – now in the WNBA – scored 26 points to lead an 88-65 victory.
